Contact us

Chose your desired car from any seller in Europe on the internet. Talk to him, negotiate and send us the link to the offer. We will ask you for a deposit of 150 € (check detailed info below)

We check

We will check the offer and seller's reputation. Inquire for details and check the purchase contract.

We inspect

On demand: We travel to the seller to inspect the car and documents thoroughly. (see price list)

Contract

We send you the purchase contract

Down Payment

You make a down payment according to the secure transaction model you choose (Model 1 or Model 2)

Purchase

We buy the car from the seller in our name for you.

Transport

If requested, we organise a insured car transport from the seller to your shipping company. (see price list)

Final payment

When your shipping company has confirmed that it has received your car and is ready for loading.

Buyer protection

The seller does not receive YOUR MONEY, WE pay him!

You only pay us, after you or your shipping company has received and verified the goods or service.

This is how Escrow+ service works in detail

More information to explain the simple process. 

  • 1. Choose a car and contact us

    - Choose your desired car from any supplier in Europe. 


    - Talk to him get your information, negotiate and when you agree with him, contact us and send the link to the car offer.


    - We will ask you to transfer a deposit of 150 EUR to start the process. (this will be subtracted from the 3% or 4% fee. No extra costs. (Detailed info in price list)

  • 2. We will check the offer and supplier

    - We will pre-check the offer. 


    - We will inquire with the dealer and confirm what he told you, via telephone, about the condition of the car in more detail.


    - If, for some reason, we cannot recommend to buy it (due to unclear ownership, or we suspect the car had an accident)


    - We might recommend to look for a different car and send us a new link that might be interesting for you.


    - If we find nothing suspicious you can decide to continue with the purchase.


    - If this is the car you want, we will ask for the purchase contract and check the documents


    - If you decide not to buy this car, you do not have to pay 150 EUR again! We will use it, for the next car you select.


  • 3. We check the car physically (on demand)

    Recommended for used cars.

    We offer a physical check and travel to the seller to check the car in person, to be sure everything is as promised by him. (see price list)


    - Our check takes a minimum of 2 hours. We also look at the documents and Service history.


    > We have almost 20 years of experience in buying, selling and exporting rare, exclusive sports and luxury cars, which we each thoroughly check before we buy them.


    - On request we send you some more pictures in real time.


    - Now we can give you a recommendation if you could buy this car or better look for another one. 

  • 4. Contract

    - If the check was passed and you agree, 


    - we will send you our purchase contract.

  • 5. Down payment

    - You pay 15% of the purchase price as down payment to us, if you choose Model 1 - secure transaction via DI-Auto


    or


    - You pay 15% of the purchase price as down payment to trustee, if you choose Model 2 - via lawyer or law firm.


  • 6. Purchase

    - After we (if Model 1) or trustee (if Model 2) have received your down payment,


    - we (DI Auto) will buy the car in our name for you and pay the seller in FULL.

  • 7. Transport to shipping company

    Use your preferred transport company to transport your car to you or the harbor/airport.


    - If requested, we organize a transport (insurance max 1mil. EUR ), to bring your new car to your shipping company. (see price list)

  • 8. Final payment

    - When the shipping company has confirmed that they have received the car, 


    - only now, you pay the remaining balance of the purchase price + our 3% fee, plus VAT security (10%* to Model1 to us or 19% Model2 to law firm.)


    - Your new car is on its way to you.


    * Companies younger than 3 years and private buyers 19% VAT deposit.

    As soon as the car has arrived in your country and we have received a confirmation that the car is registered, we or layer, will immediately send the VAT security back.
